राइडर्स युनियन नेपाल (रन) स्थापना दिवसको शुभकामना सन्देश
📢 Message of Best Wishes | 2nd Anniversary of Riders Union Nepal (RUN) 🎉 On the occasion of the second anniversary of Riders Union Nepal (RUN), affiliated with the General Federation of Nepalese Trade Unions (GEFONT), we extend our heartfelt best wishes to all rider friends across the country! 🛵 With the rapid development of digital technology and transport systems, ride-sharing has emerged as a new form of employment in Nepal. Apps like Tootle, Pathao, and Indrive have provided thousands of youth with self-employment and income opportunities since the sector's formal launch in 2016 A.D. (2073 B.S.). ⚠️ However, riders continue to face serious challenges: – Lack of labor rights – No access to social security – Unstable income and insecure working conditions – No insurance or protection guarantees – Weak accountability from ride-sharing companies ✊ To address these, Riders Union Nepal (RUN) was established and has quickly grown, raising awareness and advocating for the rights and dignity of workers in the digital economy. 🏛️ GEFONT is proud to support RUN and remains committed to: – Legal recognition of digital workers – Inclusion in the Social Security Fund – Wage and insurance security – Institutional dialogues with the government and stakeholders 💪 On this special occasion, let this anniversary inspire renewed energy, unity, and commitment toward securing the rights of all workers in Nepal’s growing digital sector. 📌 Follow GEFONT Nepal for more updates: Facebook: / gefont.nepal Website: https://gefont.org/ 📌 Watch, Share & Subscribe to support the voice of Nepalese workers! #RUN #RidersUnionNepal #GEFONT #DigitalWorkers #RideSharingNepal #WorkersRights #SocialSecurity #NepalYouthEmployment #GigWorkers #Tootle #Pathao #Indrive #2ndAnniversary #LaborMovementNepal
